Yes I was very upset about the things that were wrong with my vehicle, and felt I was taken advantage of. So because of this you have now told your employees to not accept late payments at all and the vehicle will be repoed. I have read all of the reviews. The van is now broke down again. Yu say that you are honest, then I feel that you would do something, like let us look at another car that we are interested in, with the same payments. And we have now noticed that the underneat has ties holding it up, and that it has been in an accident, and we were never told this. If you are an honest person then what are you going to do about this vehicle? I now have another payment comming up and a van that is broke down. I want to believe that you are honest and value your customers. And yes I do have all of the paper work from lesschwab of all the work that was done, that I am now making monthly payments for. As for my paying my bills on time you had no idea what my situation was and why. If you are as honest as you say then you are going to make this right…..
……I tried to call yesterday to Austin affordable autos, and asked to talk to Matt Austin, and a guy got on the phone and said this is Matt when he found out who I was he told me his attorney advised him not to talk to me or help me and that they would be taking me to court over a bad review that I gave him, and because I contacted the Attorney general and filed a complaint. He also told me that I am tresspassed from their property, so someone else will be making my car payment. I have papers from lesschwab for all of the work on my account that I now have to make payments on, and now from another shop because the back heating core was shot. I have statements from all of them including the tow truck driver, that noticed the front fender is partially tucked under and held up with zip ties. The tow truck driver thinks the car had been in an accident, and if this is true we were never told. So I will have all of the paper work from everyone that has looked at and had to work on the vehicle. There is a thing called freedom of speech and we all have that right. There is also a bolt that is not the right one for the front end fender, and the whole thing comes out. I think we all need to stick together and fight him.
