On March 6, I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty. As of May 21 I have not received my Contract nor the details of my coverage.
I have made (5) telephone calls regarding this issue. Each time I call, I get a full apology, go through the address/name/telephone number/etc. Am told that the Contract is going out that very next day and that I should receive in 6-7 days. I am going to contact National Auto Warranty Dealer Services and ask for a full refund. I realy believ I got Ripped Off. Given that it has been over two Months without any documentation from them I am concerned I may not get my money refunded.
