On June 12 I phoned National Auto Warranty. I had received an offer in the mail to contact them immediately for a great deal. They convinced me to buy an extended warranty for my daughter's car. They said the Contract would be in the mail within 5 business days. I've called 3 times since and they keep apologizing for the inconvenience, but promised another copy would be in the mail within a few days.
Today is July 26 and I still have no contract. My Credit Card was charged on June 12. I now understand this is a sales company only and not directly related to the Warranty company. They continue to delay forwarding me any paperwork. I've been SCAMMED! They are good at what they do. They delayed me long enough so I'll have a hard time going back to my Credit Card Company asking for an investigation.
I do plan to contact American Express on Monday and let them know what's going on here. They are the best when it comes to investigating and giving credit when appropriate.
If only I had asked the Company for their Website, I would have seen that there are many complaints against them. I've learned a valuable lesson!
I strongly suggest that you look at other options when considering an extended warranty.
