I found National Auto Warranty and Dealer Service to be anything but helpful! Www.nationalautowarranty.com also usfidelis.com is the same company as us fidelis.com
thier people were rude and condesending. The "extended warranty" was multiples higher than what I was able to purchage at the new car dealer.
I made the mistake of giving them my telephone number (for registration purposes) WHEN i CALL TO CHECK PRICING and told them DO NOT USE MY TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR ANY TELEMARKETING PURPOSE!!! MULTIPLE SOLICITATION CALLS LATER, I GOT FED UP... THAT was when I got fed us and found out how hard it is to get ANYONE who would do any thing for me. Thier #1 question was what is your policy number, each time they asked me to hold it was either a MINIMUM of a 20 minutes wait (multiple times) OR I was hung up on repeatedly!!!
From my simple (but not brief by any definition) experence to get pricing... My oppinion is BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID OF ANY EXTENDED WARRANTLY COMPANY LOCATED IN EITHER WENTZVILLE, MISSOURI OR SAINT PETERS, MISSOURI!
USFIDELIS AND National Auto Warranty & Dealer Warranty have many "shell" companies to fool YOU!
Buy from the dealer... They will normally cut the price in 1/2 durring negotiations.
If you don't believe me... Then ask for the usfidelis claim/warranty number and call and talk to these idiots and see for your self. I am originally a St. Louis, Missouri native and was told by a PRESIDENTS CLUB (top GM salesman at weber chevrolet) to keep away from both of these companies.
Good luck and yes; BE VERY AFRAID, Be Very Afraid of US FILDELS and National Dealers warranties!
