On April 12, I was contacted by a National Auto Warranty representatative who guaranteed me full coverage repair on my Ford Truck

I paid 137.00 to National Auto Warranty from April to June for auto coverage on my Ford Truck. When I needed my auto repair in May, I was told by a National Auto Warranty representative that their funds were frozen and that they could not honor my claim.

I was very dissappointed and upset that no one called me from the company to informed of the problem instead they continued to take my money every month and I had no coverage.

When I tried to cancelled my coverage they made many excuses and put me on hold.

I called Mepco Finance Co. To cancel and now they are trying to hold me responsible for the balance.

This is a Ripped Off!!! But I will continue to try to get my money back.
