I was also a victim to Mepco and National Auto Warranty Services Inc. I purchased an extended warranty on my Mazda MPV last year, I have been making monthly payments for one year, totally to date $1048.48. Today February 5 my transmisson went out on the MPV, dealer tried calling to get the claim approved and similar to other stories I have read, the dealer was getting the run around. I tried calling myself and got the same run around. I'm not sure what to do next if anything. I was going to try and make some addtional calls tomorrow, but after what I have read I have serious doubts that I will get anywhere. I think my next call will be to my lawyer. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear from you!
