In Mar. 07, I arranged a trip through Travelocity for my aged mom. Since she often has medical problems, I bought the elective Trip Safety insurance. Lo and see, she'd a medical problem that made her not able to travel in the planned period, and that I attempted to stop the trip with Travelocity. After waiting on-hold for 15 mins., I acquired an owner (call-center in guess-wherever). As she was telling me of the fines for termination, I informed her I'd the trip insurance. But wait — she explained she'd no report of it! I stated "you charged me for this!". Additional time on-hold — she returned and stated despite the fact that TRAVELOCITY CHARGED ME FOR THIS, it "did not undergo". DO NOT DROP FOR THIS FRAUD! They ask you for for that insurance, but when you attempt to publish a state, they say that you don't own it. Additionally, they allow it to be so hard to obtain through, I am sure many people simply quit. DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES.
