I bought a truck from Muzi Ford in February. I was told at that time by a Mr. Bill Rosson, that I should call Muzi after 4 months to get my payments reduced. This was after I told him that I could not afford the 380 payment he quoted me. I agreed however, to make that payment for four months. He quoted me a payment of 276 after I made the first 4 payments. When I went through finance, I asked Mr. Chris O'Neill who should I ask for when I called. He said that I could ask for him.
I was called last week by some woman wanting to know about my satisfaction with the truck, and she told me that Muzi doesn't reduce payments. I have a witness who was with me when I bought the truck and who can verify everything I've said is true.
Now I wanna know what the hell kind of scam they are running up there, putting folks into loans they can't afford, quoting them payments that are nowhere near what the actual payments are? I checked with AAA, (the finance company they said they'd put me through) and their payments are NOWHERE near 276. They only go to 60 months on a 2004 vehicle.
This guy Rosson is a liar.
I sent Muzi an e-mail describing the above and added the following:
I don't want to hear from you people ever again.
I don't want your e-mails, I don't want your phone calls, I don't want your letters. You people used deceptive actions to get me to buy that truck by misrepresenting the cost to me. Now I'm saddled with a payment I can't afford. I'll never buy another vehicle from you and if I can prevent anyone else from getting ripped off from you liars and deceivers I will.
I hope those crooks can sleep at night, because God never does.
