I was formally with Triad financial when last year I went to make a pyment and found out they sold my loan to Drive Financial. I tried contacting them because I had lost my job and need to talk to them about lowering my payment. When I talked to them they lied and told me they could not do that. I have made 59 payments on this truck and only had 6 months left on the loan. We kept going back and forth but still they would not lower my payments. They called me 6 times a day (I'm not kidding) asking for payment and threatning to take the truck. So finally I said come get it, but then they wouldn't. Then they tried to get me to agree to making 200.00 payments every week until I was caught up, which is crazy because If I can't afford 500.00 how could I afford 800.00 a month. So I refused...
These people are liars and are ruthless. I would love to be a part of a class action lawsuit because what they have put me through in the last 6 months is nuts... So yesterday I get a call from a attorney saying that Drive is saying I won't give them the truck and now they are coming after me. I told the attorney that the truck has been ready for pick up for two weeks that they just refuse to get it. The attorney was even frustrated with Drive after I told her what they have put me through... Hopefully they come and get this truck today but I have a feeling this NIGHTMARE is not over...
