My mother bought a 2004 f-150 reg cab truck in january and i took over the payments in february and payed all the behind payments and then they sent me all the payments. The payments and interest was never the same each month. They were always diffrent and the price of the truck was 15000 even. They are saying the pay off is 22000 so you see they are adding 7000 more to it and now they want me or my mother to pay them 928.00. They say its late and this is not true and there has already been 8200 payed on the truck. What should be left owing is 6860 but why should we finish paying for it when they riped both us off.
They should count it a lost to there company and leave us alone. We want to keep the truck. We both need it. Its only automobile we have. The truck was a demo truck. On top of all this we both have called the dealer were it was bought and they said we were right with what we were telling them. So they said call the company its with we did that but no one wants to talk to either one of us. So they must think they are wrong. What do you think we should do.
