Ripoff-larceny of customers accounts, overdraft charges are a form of larcneery

I am just reporting this has happened to me. I feel for their ad of free checking and overdraft protection. The next thing I know is I go to deposite a check in my account and I have all these charges of $7 a day for every day the account is over drawen. Now how stupid is that, if you do not have any money to cover an account why are they charging more.

So they can fraudulenty represent their financial instution as having accounts they are collecting on. Kind of like ENRON if you ask me. They really need to be investigated. Is that not like a loan shark, and are there not any laws against embelsement and fraudlent misrepresentation?

Oh by the way I will take the advise of one of the other customers they had ripped of by keeping numerous accounts with a miniumal balance, as well as opening numberous account for each of my five children, and a few other relatives. Each one of those accounts will have only $1 or less in it, and I will use the same $100 to open every account less $1 for eack account, so what if I have to keep records, so donn't they and it cost them money for their book keepers.

I may not ever get my money back, but I will darn sure cost them more than they ever cost me, for a longer time period. Heck I may even open numberous account for my grand children, under the stipulation that if the account gets over $1 they must open another account, just so they too can be a burden on US bank.
