3 months ago i recieved a call saying i would recieve a credit card w/9.9% intrest and a 1,000 limit. I was sceptical and reluctant but sent them $217.00 anyway, they debited it directly from my bank account. After about 2-3 weeks of phone tag and ZERO satisfaction i was frequently told the card would soon be there. 5-6 weeks later they were telling me then that my card was now going to be a secured one (i have to leave a deposit) i kept calling and getting a "steve" who swears my card is on its way.
Dont believe it immediatly file a reg-e
i did as soon as i could and my bank found in my favor thank god they found in my favor and my money was returned about 3 days later. Call your bank and let them know of your situation. If you call and speak to anyone it will more than likely be "steve -supposedly a supervisor" nicola, dorothy, or maralyn it seems as though these are their only employees they got working forthem.
Primeonebenefits.com and [email protected] are addresses that you can try to get a resonse if at all possible this company has real issues with service and hopefully will be stopped. It is also illegal to be solicited over the phone for loans wich is what this company is supposedly in businesss for. Just go to the better business bureau website and see their rating its extremely crappy.
