Ripoff promise of work from home 30 dep. Req up front lost 30. London, England, U K. London england uk

I was asked to forward 30 up front for a promise of work to be sent to me, ie: mailing / typing, putting leaflets in information packs.

All i got was a membership card saying, at that moment work in my area was slow but would inprove, have not heard a thing since that was three months ago. Ad's put in newspapers should be put through a lot more before they are allowed to advertise to ('joe bloggs') i know if i go to put an advert in as joe bloggs' i get the treatment to check out if im genuine, so things should be tightened up by law.
