Charges FRAUDULENT NSF fees even when the account is not overdrawn! Ripoff Charlotte North Carolina

This is a warning to all consumers: If you need to open a checking account, do yourself a favor and go to any other bank besides Wachovia. I have now filed a claim on lawyersandsettlements.com; I have written to their president; I have contacted my local news—WFTV-Orlando, and the Orlando Sentinel newspaper. I do my checking account online every day, and I have printouts from both my accounts which prove that EVEN WHEN I HAD ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, Wachovia somehow contrived a way to charge me $410 in overdraft fees, when each account clearly had enough money in it.

Thank God I had enough money elsewhere to open accounts at a new bank. WACHOVIA IS COMMITTING A FORM OF LEGALIZED THEFT, and there is no other way to describe it. They must be stopped. Vote with your feet and open your accounts anywhere but there.
