I have been a PayPal customer for over 5 years.in the past 4 months they have billed the wrong accounts for subscriptions twice. Causing my to go into overdraft. I have tried to cancel those non-primary accounts and credit cards numerous times and their site will not allow me to do so. I have contacted customer service serveral times with no help only excuses that they cannot close the accounts and they cannot reverse any incorrect charges. They refuse to close the paypal accounts all together. So far they have cost me over $50 in overdraft charges for their accounting and billing errors since Nov. Because the ACH their charges I am unable to file a stop payment on my bank accounts. I closed my bank account and they still are sending charges to that account rather than my primary account.
