We finally gave up the fight with fairbanks & are letting them have our house. After building it ourselves & living in it for 9 years. We had our parents take out two different loans to save it. We are still paying on one of the loans. We even filed ch. 13 bankruptcy to save it. I started looking around the area & found a bigger & nicer house for $210.00 less a month. I couldn't believe it.
So now we live in a house worth twice, what our house was worth that fairbanks is taking. I know that we're just renters. But we also don't have maintainence costs & to all homeowners that have a mortgage if you can't pay your mortgage they will take your house. Especially dirt balls like fairbanks. I hope they stick my house where the sun don't shine. Ha ha
