Fairbanks claimed that I did not pay my mortgage for the months of Jan/Fe/ Mar. Stated they would start foreclosure procedures. I provided proof - they continued to deny receipt of my payments. Has refused to accept my payment for April. I sent a letter of complaint to Fairbanks, I attempted to work something out with their customer service - no avail.
Help - I could loose my house.
