We are unfortunate to have 2 mortgages Fairbanks Capital acquired from Equicredit. One mortgage appeared ok until they decided to add their insurance while we were shopping. They then began misapplying all payments. Tonight 12-11-02 they informed me Dec. Payment applied to Oct. Where did all the money go. Who knows.
I on the other hand Said I got you. Because I express mailed with return signature dated 3 days before due date. Of course she reported a late fee was added. I reported I was joining any lawsuit in process against them. SSecond mortage payment coupons never arrived. Many calls later it was reported in some distant fairy land somewhere. Same senaero late fees added to nonlate payments. It appears they have many addresses for the same payment. Regardless late fees are going to be added.
