We have been fighting fcc for a long time. Looks like our fight is over and we lost. We sent them all of our savings to pay for fees and late charges that we disputed but tried to save our home. We even went into bankruptcy to try and save it, that didn't work either. They are in the process of foreclosing on our (thier) house. Wehave lived here for more than 12 years, and now have to move.
My brothers loan was just purchased by fairbanks and he is assured that he keeps good records, as if we didn't.
He is on the ride of his life and doesn't even realize it. My suggestion for him is start looking for another house or get REFINANCED. I run a small business and the foreclosure is a real embarrassing thing.
But we have proof that we made our payments on time so the hell with what people think. Buy the way don't try to pay via western union because fairbanks will tell you that
your payments bounced. That is the story we got anyway.
