I was 4 months behind on my mortgage a total of $2,112.00 ($528.00 per month) and agreed to a forbearence agreement which cost me so far around $5,500.00 with legal fees being around $4,000.00. AS of April I'v been in constant contact with someone at FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. One person tells us we are paid up to date and another tells you that there is a difference of about $2,300.00 in legal fees that is still outstanding.
I am trying so hard to make myself credit worthy and just when I thought I would refinance I'm again kicked in the face.
