My loan was sold to fairbanks from equicredit and i was a month behind fairbanks told me to enter into a repayment plan which i did and they said after the 4 months i would be caught up until august. And after the last payment they said i was still a month behind. And charges outrages late fees. Now i am going to refianace my home and fairbanks told me they are going to foreclose on my house.
