Oa charged me more than 1000.00 dollars in overdrafts on business act. I was suposed to have overdraft protection, but they put it on the wrong acct. They also cashed 1100.00 fraudulent checks. One check for over 300.00 didnt even have a signature on it. Refused to help me get it back.
The checks were all cashed at albertsons grocery, so i went there and it was to late to catch it on tape. Because of erasure time. And the employee who cashed them no longer worked there but albertson was willing to return the money to if the bank would returned the checks to them.
The bank refused to help me i reported it to controller of curancy. That was a wast of my time which took 60 days for them to tell me of the 60 day clause that covered the banks behind on everthing. I am waiting for a reply from state attorney for florida. Have reported it to police. Why waste anymore time. I still want my money and bank of america stinks.
