A flat tire at 10:00 A.M. this morning resulted in 45 minutes of phone calls and a response of "We can't find anyone in that area to change your flat, but we will keep trying and get back to you." At 2:30 this afternoon (in a pounding rainstorm) we managed to find help. We received no return phone call with help, as promised by Roadside Assistance.
So, seniors beware: the AARP means nothing, and I wonder why they allow Allstate to use their name. Kickback, maybe? After this unfortunate experience, I am going to get some quotes on my auto and home insurance, which I have had for many years with AARP Hartford. Don't trust AARP.
