Photosmart 7850 Support Claimed Hardware Fault but Self-Fix Worked

I called HP for support for a 7850 photosmart printer and was told it would COST $34.00 so I went with chat on line for support spent hours with the tech. He said I have a hardware problem! So I TRIED to fix the problem myself for days. Tried again with a tech for HOURS I was tooled I had a hardware problem again. So I tried to fix it again and guess what I fixed it without paying for support or any tech support this tells me never by a hp again
