Your Cable Television was having issues (fall in audio and pixelation) therefore we named Suddenlink. Got their Tx primary workplace where a scheduled appointment was put up for between 10-12 am the next evening. Spouse got time-off and waited. Waited, waited and lastly at 12:30 named Suddenlink simply to discover the visit have been rescheduled for later within the trip to 3:30. WHAT? No body named to let's understand this. He went back again to work-but ceased by our regional workplace (only one in the region) wherever reasons received all around the location. He ended the 3:30 rescheduled visit. He was informed the Tx workplace must have approached us concerning the rescheduled visit. Did a talk to Tx plus they stated no. The nearby workplace must have called us. Spouse subsequently requested for that boss to contact him about that. No-call. Spouse calls nearby office back and it is informed the boss is out and in and he'd call. Next day. (2 nights later) an office worker named instead. She attributed INCH) being understaffed 2) needing to function a bigger region today 3) simply too hectic for that reason-they did not contact us. Undesirable. If you like us to pay for top dollar (including customer support) then I anticipate much better than this. Easilyam designed to take less simply because they do not have enough individuals to do the job, then I also anticipate a discount on my expenses for that. My partner quit 2.5 hours (outstanding) to hold back in it plus they would like to complaint about how hectic and overworked they're nowadays. Too bad... So depressing. It is unprofessional to actually inform the clients something similar to that! Subsequently obviously... Because they often do. They blame the Florida office. Is our regional Suddenlink NOT area of the Tx workplace? They behave like they've nothing related to this Suddenlink of Arizona however they are held by them. Therefore... We chose to stop spending top-dollar for that less support our regional office admits they're providing... Named Direct TV and we wont need to notice all of the reasons any more. Tired of it. Do your work, take your deficits and CONTACT YOUR VISITORS!!!
