Suddenlink= Scam
Suddenlink has extended to statement my consideration since May for web protection I had been not getting - within an area where Suddenlink doesn’t run!
November I had been staying in my aunt’s location & closed onto Suddenlink for web.By February I had been THEREFORE SICK AND TIRED OF the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT and sluggish web that I told them I needed them to take-me off ASAP! I'd no further need their solutions. They guaranteed to return my take into account the final month. It's today March. They've yet to provide me any reimbursement.
I'd been already removed the consideration in January & shifted out at that time.in May my cousin desired to change the web back on at her devote Illinois. Suddenlink started getting OUR charge card bill - one which I'd ceased applying.
From May – March Suddenlink has extended to bill me for providers I'm not getting. I've been spending money on providers I'm not getting while residing in a place where Suddenlink DOESN'T RUN!!! Though I've named Suddenlink, I've not obtained any type of reimbursement.
Though my cousin closed back onto Suddenlink’s web, she obtained no support whatsoever, while I had been being charged for this. She reported constantly to Suddenlink. They informed her to not fear since she wasn't being charged. The things they didn’t inform her is the fact that I HAD BEEN
DON'T USE SUDDENLINK!!! If you don't appreciate having unauthorized charges positioned on your consideration long once you have terminated providers. If anybody has any information about how better to manage the problem (including appropriate solutions) please let me understand. I'll be getting appropriate action.
