Overall absolutely bad customer service. Saw advertisement saying one price on tv when I called sales person that day she says that pricing is old. Finally got her to use pricing from AD. However once they came out to install service they didn't install service correctly. Of all places to put my service they put it on my night stand. I Called Time Warner immediately but they would not fix it. They told me I had to wait 2 days. A "manager" said she would have someone out first thing Friday morning since I threatend to cancel. I called back later to verify some info and they have no note of someone scheduled to come out Friday morning but someone is coming out Saturday morning. How could they just change your appointment without telling you? WOW! Time Warner seems like they are finding new ways to show me that they are not a good company. The only reason why I am trying to go with Time Warner is because my current ISP wants me to keep my landline or my price will go up. I have had AT&T for at least 16 years and I have never, never, had one issue remotely like these let alone several. There is a saying in Belize "Good things no cheap, and cheap things no good". Time Warner is mastering this by leaps and bounds.
