We tried their service for over a year. We were promised a $300 gift card, but received nothing. We were promised internet service, which was less than 1 bar if standing by the window. We were promised satellite service that was later canceled. We were talked into a "free iPad" for a hotspot, which again provided less than 1/2 bar of service. They would not reimburse us on "no signal" days. We couldn't even watch the "free" Netflix. Each time we called, there was a 30+ minute wait and no resolution. When canceling, they wanted to negotiate a slight reduction only to lock in their iPad. I will never recommend or use their service ever again! They are swindlers!
