Texas Office provides inadequate service. Required 3 months to obtain all the stations I've been spending money on in my own Cable Television strategy.

Texas Office needed me to hold back athome all day long for support. I got time-off function and was stood up. We named at 5 pm along with a specialist reached 5:50 pm. The specialist needed to contact SuddenLink to obtain the stations approved. We'd informed them-this 3 times previously. The CSR hassled us within the telephone for around one hour every time we named. They might have merely approved the stations we'd been spending money on in five minutes.
