I recently bought a home in Plainview Texas and named Suddenlink to move my support from my condo to my new house. Not a problem, had a number vehicle move move put up since the prior operatoris support hadn't been disconnected. We relocate on 5/29/10 and also the support isn't functioning so we wait until Tueday 6/1/10 to phone due to the vacation. We are informed that our support CAn't be connected until 6/3/10 because that's when the previous owners requested that their support be disconnected (complete BS). I got our authorized agreement for that house towards the workplace - no chance. Therefore we wait until 6/3/10 and still no support. Named again and today they reveal that people named set for a remove not really a move and they'll not connect support until 6/9/10. I suppose Meal and/or Direct TV have not struck Suddenlink hard enough simply because they evidently they do not mind dropping a person with every support they provide.
