I requested a DVR camera from your own support contact (800.490.9604) on 3/1/10 and was handed a scheduled appointment for 3/2/10 for installation. No body turned up, no-contact was designed to clarify. That night (3/2), I required a reason. No sensible description was handed; lastly I had been informed the nearby office had no gear available. No cause was handed for not calling me in regards to the missed visit or when it'd be produced. A number of other concerns weren't responded with any significant data. At this time I've no concept when or when the required support is likely to be supplied. More, I've been provided no-contact where I might visit to acquire solutions or even to settle a criticism.
