Hour on Hold Three Times Trying to Upgrade Second Fios Box

I'm trying to upgrade my second FIOS box to DVR and move the box to another room. I've tried calling three times and hung up after over an hour on hold. I never dealt with a company that is so difficult to upgrade my service!!!
