Verizon fios pay more with informing u

I started at 39.99 permonth and after 6 yearlater i find out they been taking 54.99 and i ask them they said every time they dont carry the service i have they upgrade without informing me. And on october 2 they cancell my service or i have to pay 79.99 permonth... And the customer service need more customer service traning... When i called why my service was cancell he said its already cancell so lets focus on wht u gonna get. That was big bs
