Hey friends. If you are considering verizon high speed Internet service. Please don't. Cause you are just waisting your time and money. I am verizon customer. And i am very unsatisfied with the service. I had 1mbps line which was working ok for me... Since they got fios in the area... They decrease the speed to 20 kbps. Just to promote the fios. So people would get tired of speed and get fios. Right now. I can't cancel the service cause i am in the contract. And can't use the service cause it's way too slow. My dial up works faster then my dsl line... Only option they are giving me is to upgrade to fios. That's all... This is total rip off... They are just trying to take our hard earned money. So again. If you are considering verizon high speed Internet. Think twice. Cxxxx or cxxxxx will be way better option. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
