Last Fall a man came to the door and identified himself as a representative of Verizon Fios. He said that they were hanging Fios cable on our street and needed to cut our tree back "a little, just a few branches". They mangled the tree and, after two straight months of calling and getting the run around I've had no response from Verizon. That is, unless you call the many many conversations I've had with Verizon people saying "How did you even find me? I can't help you with that and I don't know who can". I'm all set. I won't switch to Fios and I'll tell everyone who will listen why.
