I've had Verizon phone service and DSL for years, and then made the move to FIOS and added our TV. Two weeks ago, a storm took out all the FIOS electrics and I was told it would take 72 hours to get a tech out to repair. Mind you, no TV, no Internet, NO PHONE! After hours on hold, and a lot of complaining we did finally get someone out the next day.
Two weeks later, and the phone is dead again. Again, told that it would be Monday. This is SATURDAY. Told no techs available because of WEATHER! Checked radar... There is NO WEATHER. I even pay for the home wire protection service.
