I've been a Comcast client for ten years. I've named several times through the years to determine what offers were available. Lately we chose to include electronic speech support once we curently have television and web through Comcast. I named and talked with somebody in revenue and we went over our present support and compared what our statement could be like under different alternatives. We were taking a look at a Triple-Play bundle with lower web rate and were informed when we required that bundle our two DVRs which are incorporated at free within our present support bundle wouldn't be incorporated but when we plumped for the more costly initial triple-play the two DVRs could be incorporated plus a year of premium stations for 179/mth.
