I've had only difficulty since I have got support through comcast. On July 6th my support was linked, however they needed a brand new wire mounted in the post to my home. I had been informed on that evening the wire could be hidden in 10 business days. It had been completed on Dec 4.in December i published a towards the FCC, I had been delivered a duplicate of the notice that comcast replied with declaring the wire was hidden on Nov 13th. I've a duplicate of the job purchase declaring that it had beennot hidden until 12/4/06. On 12/27 actually I named to move my support to some new tackle since I have was shifting, 23 times following the wire was simply hidden. On 12/31/06 at 11:50pm my support went... Go figure. I named customer support and was placed on store. Once my online sites strangely returned on I acquired online and talked having a repetition called Greg who had been only rude in my experience. He mentioned that since I have had required a move my consideration have been shut and he couldn't support me. I expected him simply to reset my cable package something to assist. Nothing he downright refused to assist. I requested to talk to a and he simply mentioned there is not just one offered at this time around. All this obviously while I had been still on-hold about the telephone awaiting a repetition to reply. After I thanked him for destroying my new years and building me cry he thanked me for applying comcast and explained to truly have a fantastic evening. I am so severe. I did so some study and discovered comcastis corporate workplace and telephone number along side answering the criticism using the FCC i intend on increasing cane. I also provide eliminated with bell south and immediate Television just-so I actually donot need to cope with comcast again.
