Didn't give me my ordered glasses and stole my $400

Ordered glasses for my girlfriend and I after our eye examination. Her glasses were ready in or around a two-week time period. My glasses were a little longer for some reason. Called several times and got the run around for over 9 months. Asked them what happened and was basically told it slipped through the cracks and to give them 2 weeks. I asked for the General Manager to call me, it never happened. I asked for the District Manager's name and contact information and was told the Manager "should have" called me! Long story short. I was told my money was applied to the 2 ordered pairs of glasses totaling approximately $392, almost $400 dollars. I am out my money, out the 2 pairs of glasses, now I'll have to take another exam and dish out more money. I would never recommend this location or business to anyone. They act like each one is an individual franchise and not a "corporation" therefore they feel they can do whatever they want and steal your money from you.
