Ordered glasses for my girlfriend and me after our eye examination. Her glasses were ready in around a two-week period. Mine took a lot longer for some reason - I called several times and got the run-around for over 9 months.
I asked them what happened and was basically told it slipped through the cracks, and to give them 2 weeks. I asked for the general manager to call me - it never happened. I asked for the district manager's name and contact information and was told the manager "should have" called me.
Long story short: I was told my money was applied to the 2 ordered pairs of glasses, totaling approximately $392, almost $400. I am out my money, out the 2 pairs of glasses, and will now have to take another exam and pay more money. I would never recommend this location or business to anyone. They act like each one is an individual franchise and not a "corporation," so they feel they can do whatever they want and steal your money from you.
