From day-one Comcast is a terrible experience with support. We originally registered for that Triple-Play in 2007. After delivering 3 unique technicians on 3 various events, we eventually got the service-we requested. The exterior wire point in the Comcast cable package towards the home was uncovered about the garden for over annually. We created numerous telephone calls before Comcast ultimately delivered to hide the wire. It was AN ENORMOUS security problem.in our telephone was turn off. We approached Comcast and were informed that people might no further maintain the phone number along with a new quantity was designated to us without our option.in August while researching my Comcast statement, I realized that we were being billed twice for online sites. I approached Comcast and was informed there is a mistake about the statement returning to December. The Comcast Repetition educated me that somebody could be calling me in two times to find out the way the consideration could be acknowledged. The projected quantity of what we were overcharged was approximately. $1,400. No body actually called back and so I approached Comcast again. The Comcast Repetition reiterated exactly what the prior Repetition had told us. Lastly, somebody named us and advised us that people were just twice billed from January. The Comcast Repetition set me maintain and later stated the Technology was operating behind which I'd get a telephone call in 15 to 20 units in the Area Technology. At4:30 pm, I approached Comcast again as no body had named. The Comcast Repetition mentioned the Technology called us at 1:10 pm but no body responded. I discussed that people have now been house all day long with no one named my mobile phone or did I've any communications. The Repetition mentioned we'd need to reschedule for later within the week. I mentioned this was improper. After being on-hold for half an hour, the Repetition mentioned he was dealing with his boss to locate an accessible Technology. The Repetition mentioned that I'd get a call-back. I'm still waiting. No telephone call. How can Comcast escape with payment clients incorrectly, never turning up for planned visits and bad customer support? This can be a vacation weekend and my whole evening was lost awaiting Comcast.
