Unexplained charges for box we dont have

We've been attempting to combat a statement from comcast for that previous 4 weeks. We obtained costs on our statement for many payperview (adult). Whenever we required the signal from their store for that container we examined while these were about the telephone and none of our containers had that quantity. The client support representative stated she'd return around. We obtained a phone 3 nights later and were informed it had been an error and also the costs were coming from the statement. The following statement was okay then we obtained a statement from comcast mid-month declaring we had a need to spend one more $318.08 for costs from payperview (adult). We once more approached them a this past year whenever we delivered a box we weren't utilizing the technology never switched it in also it was still shown as our container. We attempted to obtain this straightened out together but to no avail. The repetition said we had a need to spend the cash by mon (its friday by this time around) or even the support could be switched off because of the costs. We did spend them to possess it-not switched off so today I will just imagine what fresh costs are likely to show up. I do want to quit the comcast but we require the web. Any ideas?
