Loss of internet signal!

Roughly 6 months before, I started to end up having Comcastis highspeed web but still do even today. I totally shed the web sign randomly occasions a day, many times a day. Occasionally, I get support back inside a couple of minutes, but all of the period, the only path to obtain back online would be to totally switch off the pc, disconnect anything, delay several minutes and restart.

I called Comcast and created a scheduled appointment to obtain it mounted. Well, your day of my first visit, no body confirmed. I named and was informed that Comcast could repair the problem and therefore they ended. Obviously no one named in my experience to I would like to understand these were eliminating with no, my issue wasn't mounted. This situation happened 3 times. Lastly, a technology emerged out and explained that my device possibly includes a brief, but the modems on his vehicle have been in worse situation than what I curently have so he'dnot exchange them out. He suggested that I subscribe to the telephone support since then Comcast can give me a brand new device. Then he quit, and that I still had exactly the same issue. I instantly named and created another visit and stressed that they can have to provide a performing device together. The man comes, checks anything, claims he's no idea why I'm dropping a, which sorry, he doesn't possess a device with him. I call and create another visit. This person arrives, and modifications an ethernet wire and informs me that it's all mounted. Five minutes after he leaves, my web falls again. I called again and was informed when I obtain the telephone support my issue is likely to be set. I truly, really need my web back so silly me, I subscribe to it. First installment visit comes with no display. I create another visit, which man arrives and claims that because the work-order is incorrect, they cant interface my quantity which I'll need to create another appointment to obtain it mounted. I create a next visit (I truly need my web back). The man comes and also the work-order is wrong again. He requires aid and rests about the telephone for ~ one hour attempting to correct the job order. Lastly I'm so discouraged, I inform him that I actually donot need the telephone support any more. I thought they'd have to repair my web without making me to register for that telephone support. Per week later, I get my statement, and also you first got it, I had been billed for telephone installation along with a month of telephone support. Calling to obtain my statement fixed was a headache. The very first person I spoke to insisted that I provide him the sequential number off the telephone device which was NEVER installed. I suppose he got angry that I'dnot provide him the amount off the unseen device since he hung-up on me. Lastly after 4 hours about the telephone my statement was fixed (atleast which was what I had been informed... We will observe)

When it comes to web, I had been still having difficulty and so I required support again. This time around the man explained that I'd to visit a comcast shop and get my own personal device. Did therefore, but obviously the shop did not have any available. They explained to register for that telephone support easily needed a brand new device. I called customer support again. This technology explained the only path I had been likely to obtain the web issue set was to at least one) obtain the telephone support and therefore a brand new device, 2) purchase my very own modem however Comcast wont support my home (however they do not anyways), or 3) visit a comcast shop and get one there. Was he not hearing? Cid he not read my records? Exactly what a laugh!

Obviously, I still am dropping the web sign. Nevertheless, the issue appears to be increasing. It's truly frustrating to possess to energy period often each day and that I am tired of spending countless hours about the telephone with inefficient specialists who do not care. I HATE COMCAST!

Obviously similar to places, Comcast may be the only supplier of highspeed net in my own city. Customer support is really not essential if you have a monopoly!
