Directv put me into collections and no service rep or manager has the power to rectify this simple problem. I went to Dish 1 year ago and directv said they turned on my service about Jan and I owe $95 for that service. I told them they owe me $11.06 when I canceled a yr ago. They say my only alternative is to write a letter to them and be at their mercy. I told them no equipment was hooked up their dish!!! What a scam this company is. They can't have a rep or manager rectify something that is so easy make right...;
