Directv put me into collections, and no service rep or manager has the power to fix this simple problem. I went to Dish 1 year ago, and Directv says they turned on my service about January and that I owe $95 for that service. I told them they owe me $11.06 from when I canceled a year ago. They say my only alternative is to write a letter to them and be at their mercy. I told them no equipment was hooked up to their dish!!!
What a scam this company is. They cannot have a rep or manager fix something that is so easy to make right...
