Dish absolutely sucks. They came in the other day to try and install the dish. However, they only took five minutes and deemed it was not possible. This doesn't make any sense. Why was directv capable of finding the perfect angle, while DISH was unable to? They didn't even try to look for the right angle.in addition, they messed up our Directv angle preventing us from watching the TVB channels that we had originally. They didn't take the time to even try and fix it, nor did they take the time to even try to find the right angle in the first place. What kind of company hires people like this? They are impatient, lazy, workers that will bring your company down in ratings. Directv had great customer service, if TVB didn't change to DISH, we would never have contacted them. They do not deserve a cent from anyone of their customers.
