Last year i had directv come out and install hdtv programing on my tv and also last year they were launching new channels and i was busy for the holidays and personal problems til recently so i didnt have time to check my hd reception til recently then last month i finally had time to arrange a time for a directv technician to come out and see whats wrong with my hd
reception. So i called directv and they sent a technician over to fix it. And then this momth i got a
79.95 service fee and directv never told me there would be a service fee. The person who came out never told me there be a service fee. I feel like since it was their faultthey didnt install it right but directv refuses to give me credit for something thats their fault. They didnt install my dish correctly
