Just canceled directv service after 20 years with them. Basicly from their beginnings. They have went downhill fast with their equipment and customer service. We went to dish. Hoping for better loyalty, because directv couldn't care less about the customer. I know this first hand. I will go out of my way to disuade people for their service. Billy
