Trying to get emergency service is a joke. I cut my neighbor's Directv line while mowing. I called to arrange someone to fix it, and what a joke: it is 6 days before they will come out. Meanwhile my 76 year old neighbor has no cable and it's my fault. So what do you do? I say call the competitor and sign up for their satellite TV service. I bet they can get it installed before I can get it repaired. Directv service is terrible!
