DirecTV customer service is simply terrible! You get someone in the Philippines and can never speak to a supervisor. We switched to DishNet because DirecTV kept nickel-and-diming us to death! We are owed a refund for the balance of our service. Every time we call about it, they tell us it will be six weeks before we see it. It has now been over three months.
The reception over their satellite system is also bad. It takes two dishes to get local TV!
Does anyone have any ideas on what old DirecTV dishes can be used for?
