There's a recognized application issue using the DVR purpose Over Time Warner Cableis cable boxes. They're getting clients to get a support they UNDERSTAND doesn't function correctly. I simply called TWC nowadays, 26 AUGUST 08, to protest about being billed to get a support that doesn't function. I requested to become attributed back the cash I was billed for that DVR support since I have've been a person (about a few months) as well as for the trouble of getting to contact their tech support team to try and repair the problem slightly. I wound up two support breaks to get a whole of $35. The purpose is: CALL TODAY and need to become attributed back for that support you TAKEN CARE OF but DIDN'T GET.
