Charged Double the Quoted Price, Never Told of Two-Year Contract

I have been misled and lied to by Direct TV.

I was told I would be getting service for a said amount of money, but they charged me twice as much.

I called their customer service and was told it was not their problem and I was stuck with their service for two years.

If I cancelled, they would charge me $480.00.

I was never told I had a two-year contract.

They did not care that I was not told about the contract. That was my problem.

Anyone considering Direct TV, be prepared for them to stick it to you.

I will do everything I can to steer people away from Direct TV.
